I have accepted an offer to sell the building that housed The Painted Lady Bed & Breakfast Inn, which no longer will operate as a B&B. I thank all of you for your support and patronage during the time I was privileged to run the inn.

is located 2 miles west of the former location of the Painted Lady Bed & Breakfast Inn.
Travel due west on Colorado Avenue, four blocks past the Colorado Springs city limit.
BLUE SKIES INN is located in the foothills of Pikes Peak on 2.5 wooded acres in the mountain town of Manitou Springs. Manitou Springs is next to Colorado Springs, with good access to the Colorado Springs metro area, the US Air Force Academy, the Garden of the Gods and all the Pikes Peak area mountain attractions.
